* 26-gauge floral wire:

* 4" ✕ 61⁄2" Styrofoam® cone (If unable to find the size needed, purchase a larger size and cut top
to size needed.)
* Plastic wrap
* Hot glue gun and glue sticks

* No. 7 steel hook or hook needed to obtain gauge

Twist one end on 41⁄2" floral wire into a 1"-diameter loop, leaving long end. Bend end down for stem. Trim end to 1".
Working around loop (see illustrations), join with sc next to secured twist on loop, work sc around loop covering completely, join with sl st in first sc. Fasten off.
Finishing
1: Stiffen Angel with fabric stiffener according to manufacturer’s instructions leaving Head unstiffened; squeeze out excess liquid. Place Angel over Styrofoam cone covered with plastic wrap; shape and let dry completely.
2: Stiffen Wings with fabric stiffener according to manufacturer’s instructions, squeeze out excess liquid. Place on flat surface covered with plastic wrap. Shape and let dry completely.
3: Center and glue Wings on back of Angel’s Gown.
4: Glue one end on each Arm over rnds 12 and 13 at each side of Gown; glue 1⁄2" at other end of Arms together in a praying position at center front (see photo).
5: Glue stem on Halo to center back of Head.
